With the Rug, every ordinary card reward draws from the Colorless pool as well as your character's pool, so Colorless cards show up among the cards offered. It only touches normal card rewards: rewards that use a custom pool, or that already include Colorless cards, are left alone. It is a Shop relic at 200 gold.

When to take Dingy Rug
Buy it when you want specific Colorless cards and cannot find them, the only relic that puts them in regular rewards. Better early, too few rewards left late in Act 3.
