Once per turn, your first Attack or Skill goes to the top of your draw pile instead of the discard pile; with more stacks the first several do. Powers are ignored, and so is any card whose result pile is not the discard pile, such as an Exhausting card. The check runs before the play is logged, so the very first card of the turn does qualify.

The card returns as your first draw next turn, which turns a good Attack into a once-per-turn loop. It stacks cleanly with Mayhem, which plays the top card of the draw pile for free at the start of your turn. Nostalgia costs 1, or 0 upgraded.
