The colorless rare power Entropy (1 cost; the upgrade adds Innate) gives 1 stack. At the start of each of your turns, after the draw, you are prompted to pick that many cards from your hand, and each is transformed into a random card of any rarity. You choose the cards; the results are random.

Notes

Two copies let you transform 2 cards per turn. Because the prompt runs after the draw, you can aim it at the worst card in the new hand, such as a Status or Curse. Upgrade it if you want the Innate copy to make it a turn-one play.
