Osty absorbs all unblocked attack damage.
Osty: receives this the first time the Necrobinder summons him.
On a hit: Block is applied to the player first, then whatever gets through is redirected to Osty. If that exceeds Osty's remaining HP, the overkill spills back to the player.
While dead: the redirect switches off, and Osty stays in the fight as a corpse rather than being removed, so a later Summon revives him.
Survives death: the power itself survives his death.

Unpowered damage is never redirected: Poison, Demise, Disintegration and self-damage hit you directly. While dead, Osty cannot be hit or given powers. Summoning while he is alive raises his max HP instead of creating a second Osty.
Rules and timing
It only counts damage from Attack cards and enemy attacks. HP loss and damage dealt by relics, potions and other powers do not count.
