For the rest of the turn, every card you draw applies Poison equal to the stack count to every enemy that can be hit, and the power removes itself entirely at the end of your turn. Source: Corrosive Wave, a Rare Silent Skill costing 1 that gives 2 stacks, or 3 upgraded.

Where the value comes from
Your normal hand draw has already happened by the time you play the card, so the value comes entirely from draws you make afterward with card effects.
Every single draw is a full application to all enemies.- A second Corrosive Wave in the same turn raises the stack count, so 4 or 6 Poison per draw.
Enemies with Artifact lose a stack per draw instead.- The Poison itself is ordinary and stacks with whatever is already on the target.
