Every time you spend Stars, you gain Block equal to the stack count multiplied by the Stars spent. The Block is flagged unpowered, so Dexterity and Frail do not touch it. Source: Child of the Stars, an Uncommon Regent Power costing 1 that gives 2 stacks, or 3 upgraded, so a 5-Star card returns 10 or 15 Block.

Notes
It triggers on the spend itself, when the Stars leave at the start of the card play, so the Block is in place before the card's own effect resolves. Gaining Stars does nothing here; pair it with Black Hole if you want both directions covered. Spending 0 Stars never fires it. Two copies stack to 4 or 6 per Star. It never decays and has no turn hook.
