What it unlocks
It adds three Regent relics. Regalite (uncommon) gives 2 Block every time you create a card, which the Regent does constantly. Mini Regent (rare) gives 1 Strength the first time each turn you spend Star, the Regent's second resource. Orange Dough (rare) opens each combat with 2 random colorless cards in your hand, extra options on turn one. Chapter 1 of 7 in the Regent story, Flourish era.
How to unlock Discontent
Discontent unlocks once The Regent has beaten 15 bosses. The game sums the Regent's boss wins across all Standard runs, any act included, and checks the sum when a boss dies, so the epoch is granted mid-run on the fifteenth.
Its slot is revealed by Anomalous Planet, the epoch that unlocks the Regent after a finished Silent run. Discontent reveals no further slots.
