How to unlock The Giant

Win 15 Elite fights as The Necrobinder and The Giant is unlocked in the middle of the run that brings the total to 15.
The count is lifetime and per character: after every Elite win the game adds up the Necrobinder's wins across every Elite encounter, so losses, other characters' Elites and Daily or Custom runs never count, and no single run has to carry it.
The slot is revealed by Life and Death, and The Giant reveals nothing further.
