Seeking Edge is a marker the Regent's rare Power Seeking Edge places on you alongside a Forge of 7 (11 upgraded). The power itself has no logic. Instead, Sovereign Blade checks for it whenever it is played: with the marker present the blade targets every enemy and deals its full damage to each. The marker is a single stack and cannot be raised.

What it changes

Every Sovereign Blade: the change lives in the blade, so it applies to every one you play for the rest of the fight, including ones created after the power.
Forge still applies: the Forge on the card still raises the blade's damage as usual, so the one card both spreads and strengthens your blade.
Second play: playing it a second time adds nothing but the extra Forge.
Single enemy: against one enemy it is just a 1-cost Forge 7.
