Nemesis
At the end of each of the owner's turns it flips a switch: the first time it grants Intangible 1, the next time it removes Intangible, then grants again, and so on. Intangible caps every damage instance and HP loss at 1. Because the grant happens at the end of the enemy turn, it shields the owner through your following turn.

Notes
The Test Subject, boss of Glory, gains it on its second revival at 300 HP (313 on the Tough Enemies ascension), the same moment it loses Painful Stabs. In practice every other player turn is a damage window, so bank Strength and card draw for the open turns. Doom counts as HP loss and is capped at 1 too.
Rules and timing
It interacts with Intangible.
