When another player plays a Power, you play a copy of it.
Imitation Learning, a 1 cost Rare Defect Skill that Exhausts, puts this buff on you and ties it to the teammate you chose, with 2 charges, 3 upgraded. Each time that player plays a Power card, you immediately play a copy of it for no Energy and lose 1 charge.

Notes
How the copy is made
Playing the card again on the same teammate adds charges; a different teammate gets a separate buff.
The copy is taken before their card resolves, so an enchantment on it, such as Swift, works for you too.
Only the first play of a card counts, so a replayed Power still gives one copy.- A copy that needs a teammate as its target picks one at random.
- The card is multiplayer only, and both exist only in the public beta for now, not the live game.
