Gains of 1 give nothing, since half of 1 falls below the minimum of 1. Source: Beacon of Hope, a Rare colorless Power that costs 1; its upgrade adds Innate. Single stack, never decays.

Notes
The share only counts Block you gain on your side's turn, so Block from enemy-turn effects passes nothing along. A guard flag stops two players who both hold Beacon of Hope from bouncing Block back and forth forever: while the power is handing out its share it ignores any Block that share creates. The card does not appear in solo runs at all.
