Gain Dexterity until the end of this turn.
Speed Potion is the buff left by drinking a Speed Potion, a Common combat potion that can target any player.
The moment it lands it silently applies 5 Dexterity to the drinker, and the icon tracks how much has to be taken back.
At the end of that player's turn the buff removes itself and applies negative Dexterity for the same amount, so the bonus lasts for exactly the current turn.

Because the give and the take-back are separate steps, anything that changes your Dexterity in between does not stop the removal: you still lose 5 at turn end. Drinking two in one turn stacks to 10 and both are undone together. Drink it before your Block cards, since it does nothing for Block you already have. In multiplayer you can hand the 5 Dexterity to a teammate.
Rules and timing
It gives Dexterity when gained and takes the same amount back when it is removed, at the end of its owner's turn.
