Serpent Form is the Silent's 3-cost rare Power Serpent Form. After every card you play, a random enemy takes damage equal to the stack, 4 from the base card and 6 upgraded. The damage is flat, ignoring your Strength and Weak, and it is not an Attack, so it triggers no on-attack effects. A second copy raises the stack, so two base plays deal 8 per card.

Notes
The power records the stack when each card play starts and deals that amount when it ends. That means the card that plays Serpent Form itself does not trigger it, and a second copy played mid-turn does not add damage to the card currently resolving. Every card type counts, including 0-cost cards and playable Statuses, so cheap card spam turns into steady damage.
