Whenever your turn begins you gain Vigor equal to the stack, 4 from the base card and 6 upgraded.
Vigor adds its value to your next Attack's damage and is then spent, so the power is a guaranteed bonus on one hit per turn.
Playing the card twice adds the stacks, so two base copies give 8 Vigor a turn.

The Vigor arrives before you draw, so it is ready for the first Attack you play. Because a single Attack consumes it, Prep Time rewards one big hit per turn rather than many small ones, and it is wasted on a turn with no Attack. The power never decays. It is a Power card, so Signal Boost can double it.
