Deals 50% more damage when it is attacking you from behind.

A marker with no effect: it sits on Crusher, the left claw of the Kaiser Crab boss in the Hive.
Surrounded: the debuff the right claw puts on every player, uses this marker to tell which claw is behind you.
Facing right: attacks from a creature carrying this marker are multiplied by 1.5. Facing left, they deal normal damage.
Turning: playing a targeted card or potion on Crusher turns you to face left.

You start facing right, so Crusher opens the fight at your back. Its cycle is Thrash, Enlarging Strike, Bug Sting, Adapt and Guarded Strike, and the 1.5 multiplier applies to every one of those hits while it is behind you. Once the other claw dies and Crusher is the only enemy left, Surrounded turns you toward it on its own.
