How to unlock I Arrive

I Arrive unlocks when you beat the Act 1 boss as The Regent. It is granted mid-run, at the kill, in Standard mode only.

Its slot is revealed by Anomalous Planet, the Regent's own unlock, so it is on the Timeline from the Regent's first run. I Arrive reveals no further slots.

The Act 2 and Act 3 bosses give the next two Regent chapters the same way.
