How to beat Many Corpse Slugs
Three Corpse Slugs
Corpse Slug: three of them, 25 to 27 HP each, every one with 4 Ravenous.
Moves: each cycles Whip Slap, two hits of 3, Glomp for 8, and Goop, 2 Frail, staggered so all three start on different moves. Every turn you see one of each.
Ravenous is the trap: when a slug dies, each survivor stops to eat it, losing its next turn but gaining 4 Strength.
Avoid feeding the survivors
Killing one at a time feeds the rest: after two deaths the last slug carries 8 Strength and Whip Slaps for 11 a hit.
The clean answers are area damage that drops all three in one turn, or killing two in the same turn so the survivor eats once and its stunned turn becomes your window.
Frail arrives 2 stacks at a time, so card Block is worth a quarter less for two turns.
At higher Ascension
- Ascension 8+: each slug has 27 to 29 HP.
- Ascension 9+: Glomp deals 9 and each meal gives 5 Strength.
Where it appears
The two-slug version is Corpse Slugs in the weak pool. The power text says 1 Strength per meal, but the code grants the full stack, 4 at base and 5 at Ascension 9+.
